Getting on Pennsylvania's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)

Philadelphia, PA, USA, July 6, 2020

The ETPL is an annual list that requires all courses and programs to be approved/reapproved each year. The ETPL application window is now open. Applications for the new year can now be submitted for the upcoming ETPL year (August 1, 2020 – July 31, 2021).

As leaders in workforce development, we know the pivotal role that training will play as our economy recovers from the impact of Covid-19. Skills training is a workforce priority. The skills training initiatives team at Philadelphia Works is providing timely information around the application process for training providers to place their courses and/or programs on Pennsylvania’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). We look forward to partnering with you to support Philadelphia residents who are invested in pursuing an education in order to advance their career.

The ETPL is an annual list that requires all courses and programs to be approved/reapproved each year. The ETPL application window is now open. Being listed on the Statewide ETPL allows organizations to participate in the Individual Training Account (ITA) tuition assistance program, which offers eligible PA CareerLink® customers up to $6,000 for workforce training.

THE APPLICATION WINDOW FOR THE NEW ETPL YEAR IS NOW OPEN!
Applications for the new year can now be submitted for the upcoming ETPL year (August 1, 2020 – July 31, 2021). Providers can apply before the new ETPL year begins. Although you can submit your application(s) throughout the ETPL year, applying as early as possible will improve and expedite your review process. After July 30th, all existing ETPL applications must be re-approved in order to retain eligibility for PA CareerLink® ITA referrals.
