Youth Workforce Development Services: Request for Proposals
Philadelphia Works announces this release of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Youth Development (TANF YD) funding to entities interested in providing workforce development services and supports within targeted areas of Philadelphia for youth and young adult job seekers and employers. Additional information can be found in the RFP.
To ensure Philadelphia Works maintains an open competition process, all inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to youthrfp@philaworks.org. As proposals are received, Philadelphia Works will review and evaluate on a rolling basis through Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 5PM ET. Proposal submission form and budget are available for applicant use.
